Award Eligibility

College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) Student Organizations

Student Organizations interested in a club display at the CAHNRS Undergraduate Research/Creative Projects Poster Display on April 10, 2010 in the Vogel Plant BioSciences Lobby will need to register for either a competitive or non-competitive display.

Registration Guidelines

Competitive: Each club wishing to have its display entered in competition will pay a fee of $5.00 to the CAHNRS Student Senate. The entry fees will be used as a cash award for the most outstanding display identified by the judges.

Non-Competitive: Those groups wishing to have a noncompetitive display may do so. There will be no fee for these displays; however, they will not be eligible for prizes.

At the time of display set-up, a floor plan will be available and space will be assigned on a first-come basis and their needs expressed on the Display Registration Form. Clubs are asked to use the space assigned for their displays.

Selection Process

The CAHNRS Student Senate will select judges.

Judges will inspect the displays during the CAHNRS Undergraduate Research/Creative Projects Poster Display on April 10, 2010.

Award Announcement

Decision of the judges will be final and the winning display will be announced during the CAHNRS Awards Banquet.
